The Today's Activity tab in the Biggest Loser SlimCoach system is quite useful. It shows you for the current day how much activity you've done - and how much you still need to do in order to reach your goals.
The tab shows you two different sets of information, depending on where you point your mouse. First, let me show you what happens when you point your mouse at the green portion of the ring.
So the green is the portion you've already done, just like on the unit itself. You see what percentage of your goal you have reached, and how that measures out in calories, heart minutes, and steps taken. It even translates your steps into miles travelled.
If you then point your mouse at the red portion, you get details on the part of your day you haven't done yet.
So now you see how many more calories you should aim to burn. Since the system knows what your favorite activities are - you enter those on another screen - it will even tell you what types of your favorite activities you can do in order to get those calories, and how long you'd have to do them for. That can be helpful in your day planning!
One note here. I still have to caveat that their target goals are not mathematically correct. In my situation, I started at 135 and wanted to lose 10 pounds at a rate of 2 pounds a week. So you can see here they decided my target goal is to burn 170 calories a day. If you add that into the number of calories they told me to eat a day (1200) there's no way that adds up to even one pound of weight loss a week. So their math is iffy.
So be aware that you might need to artificially tweak your goals in order to come up with the calorie numbers that you know you want to achieve for your own progress.
