The activity tab for the Biggest Loser SlimCoach lets you tell the system what some of your favorite activities are. This lets the system make helpful recommendations to you for planning out your day's calorie burn.
The interface is straightforward and really only has to be filled in once. You expand the various categories to see the sub-categories within. In this example I expanded the yoga and outdoors categories so you could see those.
I checked one of the yoga options. In the outdoors area there are more options that would be scrolled to with the scroll bar.
What's the point of filling in some of your favorite activities? It comes in handy when you're looking at your daily activity chart. On that daily activity page, you are told how many calories you still have to burn.
The system helpfully gives you some suggestions based on your favorite activities. So here I have 140 calories left to burn. The system is telling me I could do that with 36 minutes of gardening or 97 minutes of yoga. I think they think yoga is always a soft gentle activity :) My style of yoga is a bit more intense than that! So those are always just vague recommendations. They won't be exact numbers.
Still, it's a nice feature, and worth filling in.
