In the Biggest Loser SlimCoach web interface the My Stats tab simply summarizes the data the SlimCoach has recorded in terms of steps and related activity.
So the figures that this is tracking are:
* calories burned
* heart activity minutes
* steps taken
* miles travelled (guessed from steps taken)
It's worth noting here that the miles are a wild guesstimate. You never calibrate the SlimCoach to know what your stride is. So it makes a guess on your stride based on your height, which could be close or really off. So just use that as a vague notion.
For each of those figures it tracks your total overall progress as well as your personal best in each area.
In terms of guesstimates, it's also worth noting that unless you wear a heart monitor the heart activity minutes are also a guesstimate based on your steps taken. So if you do something with no leg motion - like canoeing - it won't give you any credit at all. It'll think you were sitting watching TV. So it's well worth it to wear a heart monitor for any activities you do, to ensure you get proper credit for them.
So while this is mostly accurate, it's good to know that it won't be precise and should just be used as an overall glance into how well you're doing with your fitness plans. Still, it is better than several other screens in this SlimCoach system.
Here is an update after a few days, to show how the values update and keep track of the maximum value.
