Refreshing Scented Bath Oil
Spring is the perfect time to use your creativity to make your own refreshing and scented bath oil to use during bathing rituals. Using essential oils in the bath oil is very beneficial for dry skin, soothing, and healing. Many oils also promote a feeling of well-being.

Sunflower oil
Lavender essential oil or your favorite essential oil scent
A decorative container with cork

Gather together your ingredients. Add the sunflower oil to the container. Drop several drop of the essential oil to the sunflower oil. This is a matter of preference. You might wish to add a few drops more or less to about a pint of oil. Add the cork to the container and shake the bottle gently. Let the mixture stand for two or three days before using.

Refreshing Scented Bath Powder
Lavender Scented Bath oil is very sensual and soothing to the mind and body. Those who love Lavender scent should surely like creating this refreshing scented bath powder.

A cup of cornstarch
Two tablespoons arrowroot powder
Two tablespoons baking soda
Several drops of Lavender essential oil or your favorite oil

Gather together your ingredients. Mix the ingredients together in a medium size bowl and let blend the ingredients together. Let the mixture stand in a cool dry place for a few days. After a few days sift the mixture through a flower sifter. Add the mixture to a powder shaker or a container of your choice.

Refreshing Scented Bath Salts
Refreshing Lavender bath salts added to running water in the bath are great way to exfoliate the skin and reveal the new skin underneath.

One cup of Epsom salt
One cup of sea salt
Two cups of baking soda
Several drops Lavender essential oil
Food coloring

Take a bowl and add the Epsom salt, sea salt, and baking soda. Mix in about 4 teaspoons of the essential oil and a few drops of purple colored food coloring. Mix together well.
