The dandelion is a very easy plant to recognize. It grows wild across the country. The bright yellow flowering heads of the plant can be seen blowing in the breeze across lawns and gardens. Dandelion leaves are diuretic and have a laxative effect on the body.

The roots of the devil claw plant are used to treat a variety of ailments which include liver, kidney, and bladder disease. The plant gets its name from its strange appearance that looks like a bunch of hooks protruding from the top.

This herb is thought to be a great healer. The leaves are used in a steam preparation to treat a cold or flu. Eucalyptus leaves repel insects, kill germs, stop infections, and ease lung congestion.

Eye bright is a herbal plant found commonly in Great Britain and across Europe. The small plant is legendary in folk lore medicine for making a healing eye wash or tonic. Thought to be beneficial for common colds and the flu. Helps to loosen mucous.
