Spring time is a great time to think about body care and taking control of your health and well being.

All energy should flow freely through the home. Clutter causes a blockage and a negative buildup of bad energy. This negative energy will certainly lead to stagnant energy, bad moods, and frustration that escalates over time. Think about trying to find a very important paper that is lost in a heap of clutter on top of your desk. Think of all the frustration and negative energy released trying to find that paper. Take some time to start eliminating the clutter in your life. Start with a small area on your desk or in a drawer.

Yoga
Spring is a good time to take up an alternative way to get in shape physically and mentally. Yoga is an ancient way to overcome stress and improve the mood while strengthening the body. In fact, those who practice yoga find that yoga allows the individual to connect with their body and mind. Many find that yoga gives them a sense of well being and harmony that is very refreshing.
