Ginger root was first added to folk remedies discovered by China centuries ago. Today, its popularity is still very apparent. Today, the ginger root's underground stem is commonly added to culinary dishes. The ginger root plant is also a favorite ingredient in a variety of folk remedies. Powdered ginger taken in tablet or capsule form is thought to be a very good digestive aid. Ginger tea is an excellent remedy for morning sickness and nausea. Ginger tea is also
consumed to treat colds and flu.

The ginseng root is cultivated and used for a wide variety of health related purposes. Ginseng has a great reputation in Asian countries and is thought a great cure for several health conditions. Today, studies show that ginseng is an adaptogen. It is an important factor in helping the body to resist stress and overcome a number of health problems.
