Marigold
The beautiful golden orange flower has earned an important place in the herbal healing world. The marigold flowers are thought to have strong healing properties. The flower is added to skin preparations for amazing healing treatments. It is a common first aid treatment for cuts and bruises. A salve is prepared to treat wounds and speed healing.

Meadow-scent
The herb is a green upright plant with off white flowers. The herbs fresh winter green scent is very soothing to the senses. Herbalist agree that the flower is a good treatment for various stomach conditions. They also found that simmering the fresh flowers and applying to the patient reduces a fever.

Milk Thistle
The herb is thought to protect the liver and improve the livers function. Milk thistle is a very important herb in holistic medicine that treats liver inflammation and gall bladder disorders.

Mint
Mint is a popular herb grown around the world. Mint is recognized by its fresh and very aromatic scent. Fresh and dried mint adds instant sweet flavor to culinary dishes. Mint tea is an excellent treatment for indigestion or cold symptoms. Mint tea also treats colic.

Mullein

Myrrh
Herbalist discovered that myrrh is a great antiseptic and included the herb in ointment preparations. Myrrh salves are great treatments for bed sores, wounds, and hemorrhoids. The plant is a good remedy for menstrual problems and menopause. Myrrh was sacred to the ancients and used to bless a space. Today, it is used in incense powders along with frankincense to purify and cleanse a sacred space.

Nettle
The tall green leaves are brewed to produce liquid preparations that treat hair loss. Nettle is also thought to be a good diuretic and general body tonic in tea form.
