Bilberry (also known as blueberry) contains fatty acids,flavonoids, iron, and sodium, among other substances. It is used to help control insulin levels and strengthen connective tissue. It fight urinary tract infection, inflammation, stress, anxeity, cataracts and macular degeneration.
Caution: Interferes with iron absorption so take separately from iron supplements or iron-rich foods.
