Reveal Pretty Feet This Spring

Dry, scaly, itchy feet are a sign that you might have extremely dry feet. Extremely dry feet is a condition that numerous people experience. Research shows that extremely dry skin is usually inherited, but other environmental factors contribute to the condition.

For example, ignoring basic skin care, ignoring foot care, or drying out the skin by taking hot showers or baths. Dry skin should be treated promptly. Ignoring extremely dry feet might lead to serious concerns like cracked feet, corns, calluses.

This certainly leads to covering up the feet and avoiding wearing shoes that expose the feet this Spring. Fortunately, there are remedies to help ease the condition and reveal pretty feet this spring.

Treating Dry Feet
First, recognize that your feet are dry and take measures to treat them. Start by only using a mild soap that is designed for dry feet.

Second, take a pumice stone and remove dry flaky skin on the heels and bottom of the feet. Do this on a regular basis. Fifth,Wear a pair of cotton socks over the feet at night to help soften them and seal in moisture.
