Tired? It May Be Time To Recharge.

In these do all and be all thing times you may feel yourself loosing some of life's steam and feeling tired and wrung out. You get to work early in the morning, do errands on your lunch hour, come home to cook, help the kids with homework then get ready to do it again the next day. It's no wonder you are feeling tired. Here are some simple ways to try and boost your energy level:


_Listen to your favorite music

_Read something inspirational

_Say affirmations in the morning and at night

_Eat more fruits and vegetables

_Do something nice for yourself

_Increase your contact with positive people and decrease your contact with negative people

_Remove hydrogenated oils from your diet

_Get eight hours of sleep

_Drink green tea instead of coffee

_Get 30 minutes of physical exercise a day

_Take 10 deep breaths when something overwhelms you

_Drink water instead of soda
