Roast Leg of Lamb
  • 1 whole leg of lamb - about 8 pounds
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 or 4 cloves fresh garlic - grated

Preparation -
Place the lamb in an open roasting pan. Sprinkle with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Combine the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Spread the mixture over the lamb. Roast, uncovered, at 325º for about 20 minutes per pound.
