1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Heat the oven to 300F. Mix together all ingredients and spray cooking spray onto the cookie sheet. Roll 1" balls and put down onto the sheet. Press a fork into each one to form a cross design. Bake for 17 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
Approx 1g carb per cookie
