Sugar cookies are one of the simplest types of cookies to make, and go with anything. Dunk one in your tea, or dip one into your low carb ice cream!
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix flour and Splenda. Then blend in butter, egg and vanilla. Form into small balls on a cookie sheet and flatten each with a fork. Sprinkle with Splenda. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
