Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince left many fans in tears. Harry Potter fans are eight-years-old and older. They live around the world. Harry Potter fans are in tears because Professor Dumbledore dies in the book. The beloved Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is no longer in the series. Will Professor Albus Dumbledore return in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

What is the Harry Potter series without Dumbledore? He is always there to help Harry Potter; he delivers the orphan Harry to his relatives, the Dursleys. Each school year, he is there to guide and instruct the young wizard. Dumbledore, the wise Chief Warlock, is Harry’s mentor in the series. And, readers love the Professor as much as Harry.

Harry Potter faces a final confrontation with the Dark Lord in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The series is building to this point. Has the young wizard matured enough to combat this vicious foe alone? If Professor Dumbledore is truly dead, Harry Potter will not have his dear friend to guide him.

Fans of the Harry Potter series are divided as to if Dumbledore is truly dead. Many believe he, the Headmaster, will return in Book 7. Only J K Rowlings and her publisher know whether this is true.

It is possible Professor Albus Dumbledore will reappear during Harry Potter’s confrontation with You-Know-Who. There will be dark days leading to the final fight. And, Dumbledore’s wisdom and knowledge will surely be in need. The Wizards and Witches’ world is in turmoil. The Muggles’ world is in peril, too. Dumbledore is needed!

Yes, the Muggles are in peril! Remember the terrible happenings in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. You-Know-Who spreads so much havoc in the Muggles’ world. Things are so bad the Minister of Magic, meets with the Muggles’ Prime Minister.

J K Rowling may return Professor Albus Dumbledore to help the Wizards and Muggles. Many other authors have done the same. The wise mentors in the Lord of the Rings, Conch Bearer and other series returned at the pivotal moment. Readers of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe rejoices when Aslan returns from death. The Children Books Editor is split on this writer’s ploy.

I have stated in Harry Potter’s Seventh Year that Dumbledore’s death is a ruse. In this article, I will add, he is somewhere gathering forces to end Lord Voldemort’s existence. The Order of the Phoenix are working with him. They are preparing for the final battle of good versus evil as in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and other books.

Now dear readers, you understand why the Children Books Editor is split about Dumbledore’s return. It is a case of have been there. I desire something new, but it will be great to have the Professor back. Tears of joy will flow this time.
