Preparation - In a large skillet, over medium heat lightly brown sausage, Add celery, onion & bell pepper & simmer 5 to 7
minutes. Add broth, beans & seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes for rice to absorb liquid. Stir and serve. Makes about 4 to 5 servings.
