4 cups cooked turkey or chicken, chopped or shredded
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cans chicken broth or 4 cups turkey broth
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation- Place all the ingredients, except the Mozzarella, in a crock-pot or slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove the cover and spread the Mozzarella cheese over top. Cook, uncovered, for one more hour.
