3/4 tsp. all purpose seasoning, such as Morten's Nature's Seasons®
1 medium cooking onion - sliced thin
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 medium size carrot, grated
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 T. steak sauce
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation - Cut the steak into about 4 to 6 serving size pieces. Mix the flour and seasoning together. Coat the steak pieces with the flour mixture. Place the onion slices in the bottom of the crock-pot. Add the steak. Mix the chopped bell pepper, grated carrot, chopped celery, and steak sauce with the tomato sauce. Pour over the steak in the crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
