Body Care Guide To Getting Organized

Once you clear the clutter, you'll maximize space in your home, save time, and save money.

Take a look at the clutter that is in your home, on your bathroom shelves, around your sink. Did you really need several bottles of that deodorant, or that hand lotion? Why did you buy several bottles of the same bath oil. A cluttered bathroom counter is a sign that you definitely need more organization. Getting organized saves you time and saves you money. You'll know the products that require replacing and avoid purchasing duplicates.

Getting Started
Take a look in those drawers, bathroom counters, medicine cabinets, and other places that you store body care and personal care items. You are going to separate your items into 3 groups. Group 1 are items used daily. Group2 are the items that you use on a special occasion. Group 3 consist of items that you might use, but are beyond their expiration date.

Now, remove the products that are beyond their expiration date. This is an important step especially if the products have a weird odor, are changing color, or their consistency has changed. This is a sign that they are losing their effectiveness and could be toxic.

Clutter Free
Now, place your everyday items in a place that is easy to access. This might be on a bathroom counter top, bathroom shelf, on a bedroom table top. Place the items that you use occasionally in a safe place that is easily accessible. For example, in the back of a drawer or place in a medicine cabinet.

Note: If you find duplicates of a product, store them in a place that is designated for duplicates. Check this area, if you run out of a favorite product. It might save you money or a trip to the store because you already have the product on hand.
