Sure, water is great and has no calories or carbs. But it also can get boring. If you have become so bored with water and are reaching for a sugar-filled soda or fruit juice, it's time to think about your options. This is definitely one of them!
You're not getting all the nasty chemicals of a soda. You're getting mostly carbonated spring water, natural flavors, apple juice concentrace, and citric acid. The sweetener is Splenda. You even get 50% of your Vitamin C and 50% of your Vitamin E in each serving. That's pretty amazing!
One 16-oz bottle is "two servings" so keep that in mind. You're probably going to drink a whole bottle - not half of it - which gives you 2g carbs and 6 calories. But really - that is MINUTE compared to the garbage of sugar found in most sodas and fruit juices.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make sure they stay healthily hydrated, but wants a little change from water. Enjoy!
