When we become aware that another action would be for the higher good of a situation, we need to make a change to maintain our balance of peace of mind and easeful body.
Our ultimate path in life is to act so that we maintain peace of mind and an easeful body while growing in consciousness of our entirety.
Wholeness is not limited to our body, mind, emotions. It is the knowing that we use our body in action, our mind creatively solving life's problems, and our emotions to show care as tools to get to know our infinite soul.
Guided Meditation
Sitting comfortably, eyes closed, hands folded in lap, take a few even breaths in and out to relax and feel centered.
Off in the distance see the sun rising over the mountain top and know that is your ultimate place to be in yourself - at the top of the world, living life the way that gives you the most peace of mind and happiness.
Looking toward your goal think about what changes you can make in your life to reclaim peace and harmony. Do you need to be gentler in relationships - perhaps with family, at school or work? Do you need to set realistic mini goals, keeping the big goal always in mind?
Now think about one way you can achieve a mini goal while preserving your peace of mind without creating disharmony.
Take a deep breath, stretch out and go forward - renewed!
