For sugar free treats, the world has many options! The jelly beans from Russell Stover come in a wide variety of flavors and taste delicious.
The 7oz bag has quite a lot of jelly beans in a WIDE variety of flavors. There are cinnamon red ones. Black licorice ones. Orange, yellow, pink, white, and many more!
Each one really has a full, rich flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture is great as well - a nice crispy outside, with a gently chewy inside.
I'm normally not a big candy person, but every once in a while I do like a sweet treat. You can eat a full 35 pieces in a serving, which is more than I'd eat. You get 36g of carbs - but 2g are fiber, and 30g are sugar alcohols. That leaves only 4g of actual meaningful carbs.
Because of the sugar alcohols, as always, eat just one to start with and see how your stomach reacts to it. Most people are fine with sugar alcohols, but but a few people are sensitive to them. Make sure you know which category you fall into before eating a lot of any sugar alcohol treat.
Your long term plan should be of course to stop eating candy all the time, but if you have a special event coming up where you feel jelly beans need to be on the menu, these are much better than sugar ones!
