Venison Jerky

Venison Jerky
  • 2 lbs. venison
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation -
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and soak the meat in the mixture overnight. Place the drained meat in the oven on the oven racks, set at 150º F for about 4 hours. Leave the oven door open at top.
