Ingredients:
Peeled garlic - 250 grams
Mustard oil - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 2.5 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 Tsp
Musterd powder - 2 Tsp
Method:
Heat mustard oil in a pan till it starts smoking. lower the heat.
Add the peeled garlic and cook for 2 miniutes. take it off the heat and let it cool. In a separate pan heat vinegar then mix it with all the spices, salt and garlic in oil. Store it in dry, air tight container.
