Murray has several sugar free products, and seems to have done a good job of perfecting their technique. I grew up loving Deluxe Grahams, a chocolate covered cracker. These fudge cookies are very close - crisp, tasty, with a nice dark chocolate coating.
For 4 cookies, you get 11g of carbs. That seems like a lot for someone new to low carb - but if you want something scary, try looking at a NORMAL bag of cookies to see how loaded with sugar they are!! 11g is actually really low for cookies.
The cookies use maltitol - a sugar alcohol - for the sweet flavor. There is of course also wheat flour in here that adds to the carb count. If you're sensitive to sugar alcohols you should only have a few, to see how your stomach reacts.
