Mixed Melon Smoothie

A combination of cantaloupe and honeydew melon make this fresh fruit smoothie so refreshing and delicious. Use fresh sweet melons, at the peak of freshness, for best results. Frozen yogurt makes it cold and frosty without adding ice cubes.

  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1 cup chopped honeydew melon
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt - regular or low-fat

Preparation -
Place all the ingredients in the blender container and process until well blended, smooth, and creamy. Makes 2 servings.
