Preparation - In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except salmon. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Brush one side of salmon steaks with prepared butter mixture. Place salmon steaks, basted side down in a wire grill basket. Grill steaks, over medium hot coals for 6 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Baste other side, turn, and grill 6 to 9 minutes longer, until lightly browned and salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
