Sunday Brunch Eggs

Sunday Brunch Eggs

  • 4 slices bread - toasted and buttered, then cubed
  • 4 eggs - beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • a dash of worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • cheddar cheese - 10 oz. grated
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham - cubed
Preparation -
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Pour into a greased 9" round baking dish. Cover with waxed paper or vented plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or about 10 hours. Microwave on 70% power for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
