Weekly Buddhism Chat

If you're a Buddhist - or are just curious what it is all about – why not come join us in our weekly Buddhism chat.

The chat is free to all BellaOnline visitors, and it only takes moments to get ready. You need to have a BellaOnline forum account to participate in our chat. So to begin with, visit our BellaOnline Forums and register for an account. That way you will be all set when chat time comes around.

We chat on Monday evenings at 7pm EST. This is 5pm CST, 5pm MST, 4pm PST and I suppose you could use a world clock to figure out all the other times around the globe :) The chat software is very easy to use, and should work for pretty much any kind of browser out there. I will be around 15 minutes before the chat checking email and the forums for people who are having problems.

What do we talk about? Every week we will normally have a specific topic to focus on. Each session will generally be about an hour, sometimes it may end up being longer because of the topic or people's participation. Be sure to read the most recent articles on the site as these will tie into the topics discussed. I will list a general schedule here so check here often for upcoming chat topics. Also, sign up for the newsletter because topics will be announced there and I will use that as a way to let everyone know if day or time changes will take place that affect the schedules chat times.

I really look forward to chatting with everyone. There are a lot of people who post in the forums and a lot of you don’t. An open chat will be a more personal level for all of us to get to know each other and learn a lot. If you have an idea for a chat topic, I welcome suggestion any time! Feel free to email me.

So join us for some interesting and educational chats! We look forward to having you join us!
