For those of you who would prefer not to make your own spa, bath and beauty items, there are plenty of stores that carry coffee infused items. There are also stores open 24 hours a day on the internet for those needs as well. If you are a creative person, or would like to be, try these easy recipes. You probably already have these items on hand.

Lemon is a fragrance that works well with coffee. Here is a recipe for making a whole bottle of liquid soap for your kitchen.
1 cup of unscented liquid soap
5 drops coffee essential oil
3 drops lemon essential oil.
Mix altogether and place in a soap dispenser bottle. It will be ready to use when you need it.
**
Coffee Body Scrub #1
2 cups coarsely ground coffee
½ cup raw sugar OR sea salt
3 teaspoons olive oil
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Stir in the olive oil to make a paste. If you need more than the three teaspoons, add it.
When you take your bath or shower, it works better to rub the scrub in circular motions on the body with your hands or a loofah sponge. The mixture seems to be rougher when you go up and down or straight across.
If you use it on the face, please be careful to avoid the eye area.

Coffee Body Scrub #2
2 cups coarsely ground coffee
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sea salt
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Stir in the wet ingredients. If you need more to make a paste, add in more olive oil, a little at a time.
Again, when in use, make circular motions with your hand or a loofah sponge.

This is a very basic, easy recipe to introduce you to the fun craft of melt and pour soap making. The easiest way to do melt and pour is to buy a bar of glycerin or other soap that you like. I find mine right in my supermarket.
Coffee Soap
Need:
Soap mold
1 glycerin soap bar
1 teaspoon finely ground coffee
Heavy plastic container
Place the glycerin bar in the heavy plastic container. Melt at 30 seconds on high in the microwave. Melt for 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
When the glycerin bar has fully melted, stir in the coffee.
Pour into the soap mold. You can let the mold sit out at room temperature for a few hours until hardened.
One other way to harden soap is to put it in the freezer. It also makes it a little more manageable to pop out of the mold.
You can always add a pinch of cocoa powder or cinnamon to your soap in addition to the coffee.
