Enough for a standard 2-layer cake 2- 2/3 cups (1 package) confectionersí sugar 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup butter, softened 1 tablespoon instant coffee 2 tablespoons boiling water Preparation - Sift together sugar and cocoa. Add butter and mix well. Dissolve coffee in water. Add to sugar mixture and stir until smooth. Use to frost the top and sides of a cake.
