Cocoa Mocha Frosting

Cocoa Mocha Frosting


Enough for a standard 2-layer cake

  • 2- 2/3 cups (1 package) confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
Preparation -
Sift together sugar and cocoa. Add butter and mix well. Dissolve coffee in water. Add to sugar mixture and stir until smooth. Use to frost the top and sides of a cake.
