Preparation - In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix together and set aside. In a small bowl, beat the egg whites until they hold a soft peak... do not beat until stiff. In a separate mixing bowl, mix the egg yolks, milk, yogurt, and oil together. Pour the yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Pour the batter onto a preheated waffle and bake according to manfacturer's directions. Serve topped with hot chili.
