1 - 3 drops drops Tabasco® or a similar hot sauce (optional)
Preparation - Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the chopped onion, bell peppers, ham and bacon. In a small bowl, whip the eggs lightly. Add the salt and pepper and hot sauce (if using.) Pour the egg mixture in the skillet over the other ingredients. Lightly brown on one side. Turn over and lightly brown other side.
