If you're cooking a ham, get the real ham flavor on the table! Don't soak the ham in tons of honey or sugar syrup. Here's a healthy way to enjoy your ham.
5 pound boneless ham
3 Tbsp golden mustard
2 tsp white wine
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp cloves
Preheat the oven to 325F. Put the ham onto a cookie sheet. Cook for 2 1/2 hours, to get the temperature to 140F.
Mix together the mustard, wine, Splenda and cloves. Brush this over the ham about 20 minutes before it is to come out of the oven.
