Shrimp with Vodka Dip

Shrimp with Vodka Dip
To save time, make the dip the night before your party.

2 cups regular or low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup regular or low-fat sour cream
3/4 bottled red chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
4 teaspoons A-1 sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or green onion tops
Black pepper
1/3 cup vodka
Chilled peeled cooked shrimp, for dipping

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, Tabasco sauce, A-1 sauce, chives, pepper and vodka until combined.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Before serving, place the dip in a serving bowl and surround with shrimp.


--Makes 3-1/2 cups
