Push the bangs to the side and finish with a light hold hair spray that will add control without restricting the movement of the hair.

At the Golden Globes we saw her in a glamorous ‘do’ reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe. To get this look, you will be using a strong styling mousse or gel to blow-dry your hair. Direct the hair in the opposite direction from which you want it to lay to get maximum lift. The curl and body are achieved with hot rollers. Use large rollers on the top and smaller sized rollers to set all the hair from the temple down. After the rollers have cooled, remove them and finish styling, using your fingers to separate the curls so that you are left with individual ringlets. Softly backcomb the top to give it fullness and “staying power”. Use a slightly zigzag parting to separate the top, pushing the long flirty bangs to the side. Finish this style with a medium hold hair spray.

Ms Locklear’s hair color is every girl’s dream bombshell blonde. Her shade is an extra-light blonde with depth added by subtle undertones of golden blonde. This color can be achieved by using an all-over tint of medium to light golden blonde and adding light blonde highlights using a weaving technique.
