Ezine - Newsletter Directories

It is amazing how fast things change online. A few years ago, there were tons of ezine directories available. The problem at that time was the time it took to familiarize yourself with each directory listing site, not to mention how quickly the ezines and newsletters seemed to come and go.

In recent years, things have sifted out and calmed down quite a bit. Today, instead of having to comb through hundreds of directories, you can use two of the best for most of your needs.

Ezines and Newsletters are great ways to promote your writing, your blog, your business or hobbies. They are also wonderful ways to stay current on topics you are interested in, without having to sift through and read a ton of emails.

What makes the ezine and newsletter so popular? Mostly its convenience, and an area you can gather a lot of current data and information on almost any subject. I use newsletters today as a way to keep up to date with the newest trends in writing and publishing. Years ago, I had to read a ton of magazines, newspapers, as well as print newsletters.

Now, all I have to do is search for the topic of interest, and in minutes instead of hours, I am finding the information I am interested in.

If you are a writer wanting to get your articles published in an ezine or newsletter, or a reader that is looking for specific information that updates on a regular basis, the best way to achieve this today is using one of two main ezine directories.

Each directory is unique and provides unique listings as well. Take some time to look at them both, and do a few searches on topics that interest you to find the one that best suits your needs.

If you happen to run across another wonderful ezine newsletter directory that is not redundant with its listings with these two, please send me an email. Id love to hear from you.
In the meantime, try these out and see where it takes you.

1. The Ezine Directory - http://www.ezine-dir.com/

This directory specializes in promoting ezines. However, you can use it to search for writing opportunities and reading enjoyment as well.

2. Ezine Finder - http://www.ezinefinder.com/

This ezine and newsletter directory has been around since 1998. Each year, it gets bigger and better. What I like about it the most, is that it has a section for the ezines with the most votes. This allows you to see what people are interested in, and trending information as well.

In either case, take your time to find exactly the right match for your prose or your reading enjoyment.
