Milk Bath
Guest Author - Cheryl Lewis

Milk has been used since ancient times as a natural cleanser. It gives a hot bath a luxurious feel that is perfect to help you relax. It's soothing to dry skin during the winter and refreshing in the summer. It's also perfect to give as a gift and sure to be appreciated.

  • 1/2 cup powdered milk

  • 1/2 cup powdered buttermilk

  • 2 TBSP cornstarch

  • 1 cup fine sea salt

  • fragrance of your choice

  • Airtight packaging

In a medium to large bowl mix all of the ingredients until they are well blended. Make sure that you scrape of the bottom bowl several times and break up any clumps that may form.

Spread mixture out on a cookie sheet and let dry. Pour into an airtight container to store.

Mix approximately 1/2 cup milk bath to hot tub of water.
