Pink Ribbon Patterns for peyote or brick stitch

Pink Ribbon Patterns for peyote or brick stitch
It's that time of the year when everything turns pink and I know a lot of beaders make things specifically to sell to raise money for their own favorite breast cancer non-profit organization. Here are some patterns that you can use to raise funds to donate. You have my permission to make these for personal use or to sell to raise money for your favorite breast cancer awareness, detection and treatment non-profit.

This mandala pattern can be downloaded here. Click your browser's back button to come back here for the rest of the patterns. I recommend odd count peyote starting from the middle and working out to the top and bottom so you're only decreasing and not having to work increases.

Right click each pattern to save it to your hard drive. They work best in brick stitch, and you would turn the charts 90 degrees for a brick chart.

This year, breast cancer became deeply personal to me when a close friend of mine was diagnosed with it. It brings to mind strongly the importance of early detection and treatment. You can learn a lot more about breast cancer at our Breast Cancer site.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is well known for using most of it's funds towards research, early detection programs and treatment instead of administrative costs.

You can find a printable box I made with a pink ribbon to package these in here.

Talk to your health care provider about when to start mammograms and how often to have clinical breast exams done. Perform monthly breast self exams and consider including a card with a link to a good site about breast cancer with any pink ribbons you sell.
