Second Season of Anthony Bourdain - No Reservations Starting

Guest Author - Sandy Mullins

If you, haven’t had the chance to catch author and chef Anthony Bourdain No Reservations on The Travel Channel you must. Bourdain takes us along as he visits locations all over the world and experiences the food and culture of the world. Bourdain sees the world through different eyes and lets you into his world. His off beat comments and experiences keep you laughing as you follow him through his adventures. He has traveled to places we may all dream of but he looks at places and the people on a real level. He gets down to know and live like the people of the places he is visiting. He eats food that most people would turn their noses up to, but Bourdain’s main reason for the show is to experience the culture, food and people.

Bourdain is visiting the following places this season: South Florida, Las Vegas, Peru, Paris, Quebec , and Sweden.

Bourdain attended Vassar and Culinary Institute of America, then worked as a chef for about 30 years. He wrote “Don’t Eat Before Reading This ” in The New Yorker in 1999. His book Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly was an international bestseller. He then went onto eating his way across the globe and published his book: A Cook’s Tour and had a 22-part television series. Bourdain’s latest book was published in October 2004 titled Les Halles Cookbook. Bourdain is also an author of mysteries such as: Bone in the Throat, Gone Bamboo and The Bobby Gold Stories
