Listening to Your Intuition
Intuition is the voice of your spirit. Intuition is an inner knowing. It is a feeling of what truly is and what will be. Your intuition knows something on a spiritual level. Intuition is spiritual. Intuition is sometimes a higher power protecting you. Relax and allow your intuition to guide you. Intuition whispers to you in moments of relaxation. The answers are inside of you, all you have to do is listen. Listening to your intuition will help you to find peace in your life.
Connecting with your intuition begins with enjoying quiet time. Time with nature will help you to hear your intuition. Eliminate distractions so that you can feel what is going on inside your mind and body. Meditate and ask yourself what you want and need. Write down what you think and feel in a journal. A journal will help you record what your intuition is telling you.
Allow your mind to wander and relax. The best ideas, solutions and answers all come when you are in a relaxed state. Resting or taking a nap for a period of time each day, will help rejuvenate your mind and body. A nap also helps the mind to hear what intuition is saying. Don't try to force intuition. Let it gently come to you. Like sleep, intuition comes during a relaxed state.
Pay attention to your intuition. It lets you know what is true. Human beings are blessed with intuition to help, protect and guide them through life. Animals have intuition also. Their intuition is strong and they can sense the truth about people and situations very quickly. Intuition is a powerful force that guides you to what is healing. Intuition keeps you away from people and things that could be harmful. Listening to your intuition is a life skill that will help you develop a healthier body, mind and spirit.
