Fons & Porter Free Quilt Patterns
During 2013 I have reviewed a number of quilting books from Fons & Porter. I really like the way they put their publications together – and the time they take to get their instructions clear, concise and well written.
So it’s the holiday season and I thought you might like to take some time to browse through the Fons & Porter free quilt patterns that they offer on their site. I’m going to select the quick and easy patterns that can be put together in a couple of sittings – ideal for the busy holiday period.
These patterns are all in PDF format, which means that if you find a pattern that you just have to have – you can easily save it to your computer for later.
Have fun with these!
Andromeda is a very colourful and medium skill level quilt.
you have some colour graded tone on tones, the Autumn Glow quilt is a beauty!
Blossom Lane is a neutral coloured quilt but with all the great features of a very chic quilt.
a Sprinkle of Spring is a pretty quilt with a little button hole appliqué.
Dog Days is a really loopy quilt – just love the looks on the dog’s faces

This is a great quilt for the Mr Fixit’s out there. It will take some patience and skills, but well worth it.
Windfall is a delightfully easy strip quilt that will make up in no time.

Rock Candy is probably one of my favourite quilts from Fons & Porter – a very stylish colourful creation that will delight any quilt owner.

Set Sail is a baby quilt, though you can make it larger if you please.
another great scrap buster quilt in Strippy pattern
Love this one too – Going to Class – an ideal charity quilt.
Sugar Biscuits is a great pattern if you have panels that you’d like to use. It’s also a great pattern if you’d like to use up some stitcheries.
