September 13

Louis tells Bill Dinah has been arrested. Harley tore up demolitation papers.
Harley calls Frank for help. Bill tries to make Harley move. She locks herself to the restaurant. Buzz shows up at the restaurant. Phillip is in shock Buzz is there. Reporters show up. Phillip tells the bull dozers to leave. Buzz goes back to the hospital.

Buzz can get out of the hospital. Buzz gets out of bed now.

Sandy talks to Ray about voter registration. Phillip entered. Phillip tells him to write up proposals. Ray talks to Phillip about his choices.

Tony attacks Michelle's attacker. Danny and Tony let him get away. Tony leaves and Danny checks her leg. Ray talks to Tony about Tony's feelings for Michelle. Danny wants Michelle to count on him. Ray is upset Tony wants to get Michelle. Danny kisses Michelle. Danny wants to help at the club. Danny and Michelle leave the house.

Blake brings Tammy to see Dinah. Everyone wants to stay for hearing. Dinah gives a statement. Dinah says she was running from herself, and that is why she impersonated Cassie. Ross admits he knew Dinah was in town. Dinah tells Jeffery she could ruin him. Tammy says she remembers everything. Blake yells at Ross for protecting Dinah.

September 14

Lizzie helps JD meet Tammy. Joey tells Tammy he loves her.

Harley disguises herself as Ruth, a secretary, to get into Phillip's business. He takes her in.

Sandy is in trouble and Reva is trying to figure it out.

September 16

JB tells Tammy that Lizzie and Joey had sex. Tammy doesn't believe him. Lizzie confirms it.

Dinah tells Cassie she envied her. She wouldn't hurt RJ.

Edmund proposes to Cassie.

Michelle and Danny flirt and feed each other. They kiss. Tony interrupts their evening. Tony leaves.

September 17

Michelle wants to go with Tony and be with Danny. Danny and Michelle get to know each other. Michelle leaves. Danny finds the guy who attacked her. He threatens her. Michelle is touched. Danny tries to assure her he loves her.

Joey tells Tammy he doesn't remember having sex with Lizzie. Tammy is so upset, but Joey tres to explain what he did. Tammy goes home. Joey yells at Lizzie. Joey goes for Tammy. JB tells her to forget Joey.

Blake and Ross visit Dinah. Ross wants Blake to go if she's going to argue. Dinah wants Blake to let go of anger. Blake and Dinah argue.

Dinah starts to freak out in the jail cell.

Edmund proposes, and Cassie questions his motives. Edmund explains how much he loves Cassie. Cassie accepts.
