Brittany & Bobby go to the police about Joshua's remains. Phyllis thinks she's fooled everyone, but maybe not. Malcom tells Lily to back off again, and she's upset. Dru gets a DNA sample from Lily when she's asleep. Brad says he'll fight Victor.

Phyllis is free of all charges. The police want to talk to Nikki about the skeleton. Dru is acting strange around Lily. Damon wants to know if Adrienne is dating someone.
