When most people think of movies, they think of the big blockbusters, usually high budget movies. Those directors, producers, actors, and all the other people it takes to make a movie started somewhere, usually in independent movies.

IPF, a non profit service organization that has for the last 20 years given out the Independent Spirit Awards.

This year looks like a great show and preshow from the beach in Santa Monica, California. The Red Carpet Show on Saturday, February 26 t 9/8C will be hosted by Queer Eye’s Carson Kressley

The Independent Spirit Awards airing on, Saturday, February 26, 10/9c is hosted by Spirit Award winner Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction, 1995), one of the hardest working men in Hollywood.
