Decrease Self Inflicted StressIt’s important to take time to care for your happiness and well being every day. Do things that make you feel good. Be kind to yourself. Slow down and notice the details of your world with a relaxed pace, so that you can see and appreciate all the beauty around you. If you rush through life, you will miss many important things along the way. Remember that you are your first priority. When you take your time, and take care of yourself, you are more able to truly be there for others from a place of genuine love and caring. Learn to know your body. Recognize activities that increase your stress levels physically, mentally, emotionally, and nutritionally. Then slow down and limit these activities. Decreasing self inflicted stress is a good way to take care of yourself, and also a positive life habit to develop.
