Once again, Kelly Monaco showed off her star quality, and I am not just talking about her dancing. On Tuesday, September 20th, Kelly Monaco gave us a reigning champion full of grace with her positive, upbeat attitude.

I will be the first to admit, that I tuned in to that first show because Kelly Monaco was on it. And I also will admit that if Kelly had been the first to go, instead of Trista, I would not have tuned back in. In fact, I felt that the judges had been particularly harsh on her that first time because of her expected fan base tuning in. Maybe Carrie Ann Inaba was still mad at “Sam” for sleeping with “Jax” during the fire. They thought they were going to die, for Pete’s sake! I did not see “Sonny” showing much concern about her welfare at the time! A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. That’s all I’m saying.

The true highlight of the night was the 50 times I rewinded Kelly’s friend, Lauren. Her face and voice were so familiar it was driving me insane. I stayed up all night trying to figure out who the heck she was. Rejoicing comes with morning, it was “Bridget”! Remember “Bridget”? She was the product of “Courtney’s” charity storyline, teased a baby in front of “Sam” and “Jason”, and then disappeared into oblivion. Lauren Petty is truly a beautiful woman; I say bring her back on...as “Carly” #5!

Now is the hard part, patiently awaiting the dance off results. Will our gal Kelly hang onto her ‘ball’ or will John O’Hurley receive back what, as he claims, “Was taken from us”? Only time can tell and thankfully, it is up tomorrow, as patience is not one of my virtues.
