Keune So Pure Natural Balance Products - Review

I used a few of the Keune So Pure Natural Balance Products this week. You may remember that I reviewed the Keune Sun Care Line a few weeks ago. All Keune products are developed and manufactured in the company's laboratory and factory in the Netherlands, however, they are used by hairdressers in over 50 countries.

The So Pure Line contains plant extracts and essential oils as working ingredients. They contain no artificial fragrances, but have lovely aromas derived from natural essential oils.

Renewing Hair Bath
This is a shampoo for the treatment of dandruff and soothes itching and irritation. The bottle states that it purifies and balances the hair and scalp and that it is an exfoliating shampoo, meaning that it rids the scalp of dead skin.

The shampoo has a very pleasant and light scent of patchouli and birch.
As I shampooed my hair, I noticed that it created lots of suds and cleansed well but didn’t leave my hair feeling dry or excessively tangley.

Keune Revitalizing Elixir
This product is said to energize the scalp and prevent hair-loss. It is a leave-in treatment that comes in an applicator bottle, making it easy to distribute directly over the scalp. It felt very nice on my head and loved the ginger and lemon scent.

Retaining Color Saver
This is a leave-in conditioner designed to preserve hair color. It is said to detangle, condition and repair UV damage.
I sprayed it on my towel-dried hair, combed it through and left it in.
My hair felt conditioned and had a lovely Jasmine and Sandalwood scent.
I have fine hair that has a lot of curl and natural body. I used a lot of the Color Saver and while I could feel it on my hair, it did not cause my hair to be limp of oily feeling. If you have fine limp hair, I suggest using only a light spray – just enough to cover.

Refreshing Essential Oil
This product is probably the most versatile of the So Pure products. The directions say to add a few drops of this cooling essential oil into any hair product. It makes all products feel more conditioning and I love the Mint and Rosewood scent. I even added a few drops to my bath. It was really refreshing.

I was impressed with the quality of all four of the Keune So Pure products that I used. The essential oils and plant extracts left me with, at the same time, a healthy and pampered feeling.
