It relieves physical and mental tensions and contributes to our well-being. Exercise is one of the best stress relievers. It is also one of the greatest ways we can fight disease, and improve our health.

Exercise strengthens the internal organs such as the heart and lungs. It improves mental functioning and metabolism. Exercise during the day, can help you sleep peacefully at night.

Exercise enhances the production of endorphins (healing chemicals that help us to feel good) and epinephrine (a chemical that gives feelings of happiness and well being). These chemicals work to heal the body.

Exercise will improve your self-esteem, mood, and how you look and feel. Exercise benefit’s the appearance immediately. After exercise, the skin radiates as a sign of good health. Exercise stimulates blood circulation and cell regeneration. It brings oxygen and nutrients to the organs, producing pleasurable feelings as well as good health.

Daily excercise is an important health and beauty ritual. Exercise is one of the key elements in keeping the body healthy, young and beautiful.
