I love Jurassic Park, a tale about dinosaurs re-created from old DNA. Those velociraptors were pretty scary! Here are some mistakes to watch for.
I love this error. Nedry's hanging out at a cafe on a beach. The cafe says "San Jose, Costa Rica". I've been to San Jose - and it's NOT on the ocean :)
When they're watching the storm, because of where the island is, the storm should move towards the west, not towards the east.
When you watch a live video feed, there should never be a "progress bar" of how much video is left to watch. However, in two different places they are clearly watching a video and not a live feed. One is when you see the surveillance cameras. The other is when Nedry is watching a QuickTime live feed.
Apparently these scientists aren't very bright. A few of the embryos are mis-labelled. The Stegosaurus becomes "StegAsaurus" and the Tyrannosaurus Rex becomes "Tyranosaurus Rex" (missing an N).
Here's a cool one. In real life, only female mosquitos suck blood - they need it to help their eggs grow properly. The males never suck blood. If you look closely at a mosquito (heh heh) the males have fuzzy antennae. However, in the movie, you have a male mosquito that they are extracting dino-blood out of. It just wouldn't work.
